Biomass Heating

Biomass heating refers to heating systems that use non-fossil fuels. Generally they are wood based and the amount of carbon dioxide emitted when they are burned, roughly equals the amount of CO2 that they absorb during their lifetime.

In addition to these green credentials, savings on fuel bills can be made by switching to Biomass heating.

Because the government is commited to reducing carbon dioxide output, there are also incentives available to switch:

Details of these incentives change over time but you can find up to date information on the Renewable Heat Incentive by clicking HERE and details of the Renewable Heat Payment Scheme HERE

Angus Jenkinson Ltd can guide you through the process and recommend and install suitable systems.
